Rumour say the governor faint for governor house wai dey for Asaba, Delta State and dey suffer from one sickness wai nobody understand.
According to one aproko wai dey work inside the governor house, Okowa suppose attend one Teachers Day Celebration for cenotaph last Wednesday but he no show up as he just collapse for him office.
Everybody wait for the governor to show up but he fall their hand. Dey have to call his deputy, Barrister Kingsley Otuaro make him for represent the governor at the last minute.
