FG blow N3.6 billion naira for “Change Begins With Me” campaign




 
Recently, President Muhammadu Buhari lunch one campaign of ‘National Orientation’ call “Chang Begins With Me”. This one mean say, dem wan change am for de way country-people dey think. He no wan Nigerians to dey ask government to make things better, instead made you and I do am by ourself, make we work to make things better if we want things to better. Na another way of saying OYO (on your own).

Too many wahala con follow the lunching o. People say Buhari no only copy Obama election campaign style of ‘change’, but he also copily-copy Obama speech (and for yanki, dat na big offence to copy person speech without telling people who you dey copy or quote).

Now the Daily Independence Newspaper don cast the government say this campaign (when government wan change de way we think so we go help our own self) cost government N3.6 billion. That means, if you carry 30,000 people and you share N100k naira equally among them (to start pity trade), you go still get N600 million naira remain.

Daily Independence talk say, The Ministry of Information sign contract with one consultancy group of N1.7 billion so dem go make logo, poster and TV/radio music advertisement.

They kon say dem one spend N700 million pay the people (including celebrities) wai go promote and market the thing.

One Mr Brian Abden who dey lead the consultancy group wen get the N1.7 billion contract denial am sha but governemt lock-up.
